1. How does the I Pull Rabbits ordering process work?
We provide one-on-one customized service. Contact us via the telephone or email, ask questions, and decide which package fits your need and place your order. Have your current email or mailing address along with telephone number available for the counselor. A starter kit will be sent to you immediately.

2. How do I place an order?
Confirm the package you wish to order, provide the credit card number and confirmation number on the card. We'll confirm acceptance almost immediately! It's that simple.

3. I don't have a resume; where do I start?
Need complete resume service? Contact us by email or telephone. Order the Starter Package which includes information necessary for you to complete and return to our Career Center so they can compose your material.

4. I have a resume; can you edit it/make it better?
Yes; order the Standard Resume Package and starter kit. Complete the kit by updating the information for your resume and return the completed starter kit and your old resume to our Career Center.

5. I can't email my resume to you; is it OK to fax or mail a copy?
Yes. Tell us when you place your order and we'll provide a fax number or USPS address to our Career Center.

6. What is the speed of your turnaround? When can I expect results?
For resumes and cover letters it takes approximately 72 business hours after your order confirmation.

7. What if I am not satisfied with your product?
Every package comes with a "two revision" guarantee for 72 hours after receiving your material. Contact us of the changes you want and we will make them free of charge!
